Diana, we join you in lifting up your request to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We acknowledge that it's only through His name that we can approach God the Father, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
Firstly, we want to encourage you with Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." Remember that God sees your hard work and dedication, and He will reward you in His own time and way.
We also want to address the anxiety you're feeling. Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB) tells us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Instead of being nervous, turn your concerns into prayers, and trust that God's peace will guard your heart.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Diana to You. Lord, You know the desires of her heart and the anxieties she's facing regarding her job. We ask that You bless her with a favorable reference check and grant her the job offer she's hoping for, if it aligns with Your will for her life. Help her to trust in Your timings and plans, knowing that You have her best interests at heart.
In the meantime, Lord, grant Diana Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to rest in the knowledge that You are in control and that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord, Diana, and remember that His ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9). God bless you and keep your faith strong.
