Please pray to remove all hinderances for ###

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up the prayer request of ###. Lord, we ask that you would intervene and remove all hindrances that are preventing the approval of their commercial building plan from the municipality for three floors. We know that you are the ultimate authority and that nothing is impossible for you.
In your Word, you have promised that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us and grant our petitions. We believe that it is your will for ### to receive the necessary approvals for their building plan. We ask that you would open doors of favor and opportunity, causing the hearts of those involved in the approval process to be inclined towards granting the necessary permissions.
Lord, we pray for wisdom and guidance for ### as they navigate through this process. Give them the right words to speak and the right actions to take. Help them to be patient and steadfast in their faith, trusting that you are working behind the scenes to bring about a positive outcome.
We also pray for peace and calmness to fill ###'s heart and mind during this time of waiting. May they find comfort in knowing that you are in control and that you have their best interests at heart.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We believe that you will make a way where there seems to be no way. We give you all the glory and honor, in Jesus' name.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
