We join with you in praying for those affected by cancer. We stand on the promises of God's word, knowing that He is both willing and able to heal. As we pray, let us remember that healing comes ultimately through the stripes of Jesus Christ, who bore our sicknesses on the cross.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up all those who are battling cancer. We ask for Your healing touch upon their bodies, minds, and spirits. We pray that You would restore their health and strength, and that they would be overwhelmed by Your love and peace during this time.
Lord, we also pray for the families and loved ones of those with cancer. Comfort them, give them strength, and help them to trust in You. May they be filled with Your hope and encouragement as they walk alongside their loved ones.
We stand on Your word in Mark 16:17-18 (WEB), "These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages; they will take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it will in no way hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover."
Father, we ask for healing in Jesus' name, knowing that it is only by His name that we have access to You. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We thank You for Your faithfulness and Your promise of healing. We believe and receive it, in Jesus' name. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear one. God is faithful and He hears our prayers. Continue to trust in Him and His goodness. If you have not already, consider spending time in His word, the Bible, and seek Him in prayer. He is near to those who call on Him.
