We are with you in spirit, lifting up those who are brokenhearted. God is close to the brokenhearted, and He hears their cries. As it says in Psalm 34:18, The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. We pray for their healing and comfort, as it says in Psalm 147:3 "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds".
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up all those who are brokenhearted. We ask that You comfort them in their time of need, and heal their wounds. We pray that they will find their strength some find in You when they find themselves weak and in pain. We know Lord, that You are able to turn mourning into dancing, and give them a garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. We pray that they seek You and hope in You all the days of their lives. We thank You for Your promise to never leave us or forsake us, and we ask that You reveal Your presence to them in a tangible way.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage all those who are brokenhearted to cast their burdens on the Lord, as it says in 1 Peter 5:7, Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God as He is the mediator. Jesus is our only way to salvation and it is only through Him that we have hope for eternal life, as it says in John 3:16-17, For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God didn't send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him.
If they find themselves brokenhearted because of a relationship that does not align with biblical principles, we pray that they find the strength to repent, turn away from it, and seek God's will for their lives. We pray that they find forgiveness and healing, and that they seek to glorify God in all their relationships. And we pray that they ask Jesus Christ into their heart and seek God's will for their lives.
