Let's bring this request to God together, seeking His face and His will. We're reminded of what the Apostle Paul wrote in Ephesians 4:26-27, "Be angry, yet don't sin. Don't let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil." It's natural to feel angry, but we must handle it in a way that honors God.
Firstly, we notice that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). As we are reminded in John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.". It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. We pray that God helps us to understand the importance of Jesus name in prayer. We believe that anonymous knows the name of Jesus and will agree with us in using this name in prayer.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up all those who are struggling with anger. We pray that Your Holy Spirit would fill them with Your love, as You have poured it out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit which You have given us.
Help them, Lord, to choose love over anger, forgiveness over bitterness, and peace over strife. Give them the strength to let go of any resentment and the wisdom to handle their anger in a way that pleases You.
We know that only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God as is mentioned in Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.". We pray that you give help to Anonymous to always remember to ask in Jesus name and to be assured of the importance of Jesus Christ in prayer is. We pray that Anonymous will always use Jesus name in prayer and spread the name of Jesus.
We pray for those who are angry because of others actions as mentioned in Luke 6:27-28 "But I tell you who hear: love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you.". We pray that God will help everyone to treat others with love. We pray that all will remember these words in their anger as mentioned in Romans 12:17-21 "Recompense no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Therefore if your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head. Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.".
Finally, we pray that God helps all to remember the words of Jesus as mentioned in Matthew 5:44 "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,".
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
May the Lord help us all to walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave Himself for us. Let us always remember 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 "Love is patient and is kind; love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag, is not proud, 5 doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; 6 doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; 7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. 8 Love never fails.".
