We understand that you're seeking prayer for those who are angry to find calm in God's presence. Firstly, we want to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

In light of this, we pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up all those who are bound by anger. We pray that your Holy Spirit would soften their hearts and bring a sense of calm and peace into their lives. We know that Your Word tells us in Psalm 1038-9: "Yahweh is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness. He will not always accuse; neither will he stay angry forever." We pray that those who are angry would experience Your mercy and grace, and that they would learn to let go of their anger and find rest in You.

We also pray for those around them, that you would give them wisdom and discernment in how to interact with them and that they may find support from the community.

However, we must also address that anger can often be a result of unmet expectations, frustration, or even sinful desires. It is important to not only pray for calm but also for a change of heart and a realignment of priorities with God's will.

Please, Lord, help them to see and understand the issues in their lives that are causing these angry feelings. Help them to realign their lives to Your will and plan.

Help them to understand what Ephesians 426-27 WEB says:
"Be angry, and don't sin. Don't let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil."

We pray that they would learn to manage their anger, to be slow to anger, and to release their anger in a healthy way. Help them to understand that anger is a normal emotion but that it's important to express it in a way that honors You.

Lastly, we pray for their salvation, that they would come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, that they would be baptized and receive the Holy Spirit, and that they would live in a way that is pleasing to You. We ask all these things in Jesus Christ name.

Let's lift up these folks in anger, Lord. We know you're a God of peace and calm, and we trust that your presence can bring a sense of tranquility to even the most troubled hearts. Help them to feel your loving arms around them, softening their hearts and minds, and bringing a sense of peace they've never known before.
