We are truly moved by your heartfelt plea, Gallann, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and mercy in your life. We are reminded of the scripture in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,' says Yahweh" (WEB).
Firstly, we want to commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'" (WEB). And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (WEB).
We pray for your healing, knowing that God has the power to heal you from intracerebral haemorrhage, cerebellar stroke, and hypertension. We also pray for your family, that God may comfort and strengthen them during this time. Remember the words in Isaiah 53:5, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed" (WEB).
However, we want to gently remind you that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9, WEB). While we pray for your physical healing, we also pray that you will draw closer to God during this time, seeking His will above all else. Even in our trials, we can find joy and peace in Him, as it says in James 1:2-3, "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance" (WEB).
We also want to address your statement, "I am a good person." While we do not doubt your goodness, it is important to remember that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23, WEB). It is only through the blood of Jesus Christ that we are made righteous and able to stand before God. This does not mean that we should not strive to live godly lives, but rather that our goodness is not the basis for our salvation or healing.
With this in mind, we pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up Gallann. Lord, You know her struggles and her pains. You know her heart's desire for healing. We ask, Father, that You heal her from the damage caused by intracerebral haemorrhage and cerebellar stroke. We ask that You bring her blood pressure under control, and that You heal her from hypertension. We ask that You comfort and strengthen her family during this time.
But most importantly, Lord, we ask that You draw Gallann closer to You. Help her to see that even in her trials, You are with her. Help her to find joy and peace in You, regardless of her circumstances. Help her to see that her goodness is not the basis for her salvation or healing, but rather the blood of Jesus.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to You, Father. It is in His name that we are saved. And it is in His name that we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God, to continue praying, and to continue trusting in Him, regardless of the outcome. Know that our prayers are with you, Gallann, and that we are trusting God for His best in your life. Keep fighting the good fight of faith (1 Timothy 6:12, WEB).
