We are truly sorry to hear about your situation, and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares for you deeply and He wants you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB)
In this difficult time, it's crucial to remember that God is the owner of everything and He provides for our needs. As it says in Psalm 24:1, "The earth is Yahweh’s, with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein." And in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
However, we also want to address the fact that you haven't mentioned Jesus Christ in your request. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved.
Regarding your fear of losing your parents' house, we want to encourage you to trust in God's will. While we understand your attachment to the home, it's important to remember that our true home is with God. As Jesus said in Matthew 6:19-20, "Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal."
We will pray that God works in the hearts of those involved in this situation, including the nursing home and the lawyer you will see this week. We pray that God's will be done in this situation, and that you will be able to accept and find peace in His will.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up our brother/sister in need. We pray for Your will to be done in this situation, and for Your peace to fill his/her heart. We ask that You work in the hearts of the nursing home and the lawyer, and that You guide the outcome of this situation according to Your will. We also pray that our brother/sister will come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and that they will find true comfort and hope in Him.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
