We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer. Let's first remember what the Scripture says about authorities and our approach to them. Romans 13:1-2 (WEB) tells us, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority, withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment."
However, we also recognize that there are times when we need to appeal to their understanding and kindness, as you've indicated in your request. Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up this situation to You, Lord. We pray for the offices involved, that You would grant them wisdom, understanding, and compassion in their dealings. We ask that You would soften their hearts and help them to see the challenges we face, allowing us to come in at our usual time.
Lord, we also pray for a spirit of cooperation and understanding on both sides. Guide us in our interactions, that we may speak with kindness and respect, and that our words may be seasoned with salt, as Colossians 4:6 advises.
We trust in Your sovereignty, Lord, and know that You can turn the hearts of kings, as it says in Proverbs 21:1. We ask for Your will to be done in this situation, and we thank You for Your continued guidance and provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
