Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Rocshath's request. We ask for Your divine guidance and wisdom in the hiring process for Rocshath's team at work. Lord, we pray that You bring forth the best candidate, someone who is not only skilled and qualified but also aligns with the values and mission of the team.
As it is written in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We ask for Your wisdom to be upon those making the decision, that they may discern the right person for the job.
We trust in Your perfect plan and timing, Lord. May this new team member bring positive contributions and harmony to the workplace. We thank You in advance for Your provision and guidance. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
