My loved one doesn't want to live anymore. She doesn't want platitudes or to read "God has a purpose for her life". No, she doesn't want to write this herself because she's had a beyond awful experience with this site and the people on it. Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with a humble heart, lifting up the working class of this nation. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 22:2, "The rich and poor meet together; the Lord is the maker of them all." We ask that You grant wisdom and strength to those who labor diligently, often without recognition.
Lord, we pray that the power in American government be balanced and just, reflecting the needs and voices of the working class. In James 2:5, it is written, "Listen, my beloved brothers, has not God chosen those who are poor in the world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom, which he has promised to those who love him?" May this truth be evident in the governance of our nation.
We ask for Your divine intervention to ensure that policies and decisions made by our leaders are fair and equitable, uplifting those who work hard to provide for their families. Let the influence of the wealthy elites not overshadow the needs of the many.
Guide our leaders with integrity and compassion, and may they seek Your wisdom in all their decisions. In Colossians 3:23, we are reminded, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men." May this be the guiding principle for all, both in positions of power and those they serve.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
