Lulelulm, we hear your plea for prayer regarding your workplace difficulties. We stand with you in this time of need and encourage you to lean on God's promises. In Jesus' name, we pray for your situation.
Firstly, we commend you for bringing your petition to Jesus, as it is in His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
We pray that God grants you peace and wisdom in dealing with these challenges. Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Trust that God has a purpose and a plan even in this trial.
However, we must also remind you that God's will may not always align with our desires. While you hope to return to your job, God might have other plans. Pray for discernment and submission to His will, as reflected in Romans 12:2 (WEB), "Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."
We pray that God resolves the problems you're facing at work, and that His will be done in your life. May He protect you from any harm and grant you favor in the eyes of your superiors. In Jesus' name, we pray for your peace and prosperity.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue in prayer and study of God's word. Draw strength from Him and rest assured that He is always with you. As promised in Hebrews 13:5 (WEB), "...for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'"

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
