Twiggard, we truly empathize with your concerns about the disparities in wealth and power. Let us remember that God indeed cares deeply for the poor and the oppressed. In Psalm 140:12, it is written, "I know that Yahweh will maintain the cause of the afflicted, and justice for the needy."

However, we must understand that the redistribution of wealth is not a matter of prayer for material gain but rather a matter of seeking justice and righteousness in our societies. In 1 Timothy 6:10, we are warned, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows."

Instead, we should pray for a change of heart in the wealthy, that they may be generous and use their resources to bless others. In 2 Corinthians 9:6-7, it is written, "But this I say, he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly. He who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Let each man give according as he has determined in his heart; not grudgingly, or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver."

Let us pray:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your will in the matters of wealth and power. We pray for the American billionaire oligarchs, that their hearts may be turned towards You and that they may use their resources to bless the poor and the working class. We pray for justice and righteousness in our societies, that the needs of the afflicted may be met. Lord, help us to trust in You, the provider of all things, knowing that true wealth is found in a relationship with Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Twiggard, we encourage you to continue praying for these issues, remembering that God is sovereign over all things. However, also pray for the salvation of those in power, that their hearts may be changed by the love of Christ. As it is written in Colossians 4:2, "Continue steadfastly in prayer, watching in it with thanksgiving."

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
