We understand your struggle with anxiety and depression, and we empathize with your desire to be free from these burdens. However, we must address the concept of "negative karma" from a biblical perspective. As believers in Jesus Christ, we do not attribute our circumstances to karma, but rather to the consequences of living in a fallen world and the spiritual battles we face (Ephesians 6:12).
Instead of focusing on karma, we encourage you to turn your gaze toward Jesus Christ, who has the power to heal and restore. The Bible tells us, "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:6-7 WEB).
Let us pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Hisslisle who is struggling with anxiety and depression. We ask for Your healing touch upon their mind, body, and spirit. Help them to cast all their worries on You, knowing that You care for them deeply. Grant them the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and fill them with Your love and strength. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
We encourage you to draw near to God, trusting that He is faithful and will strengthen and help you (James 4:8). Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not already, consider putting your faith in Jesus Christ for salvation and the forgiveness of sins. This is the first step towards a renewed mind and spirit (Romans 12:2).

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
