Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their upcoming interview on Monday. Lord, we ask for your divine favor and guidance as they seek to secure this job opportunity. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 16:3 that when we commit our plans to you, they will succeed. We pray that you would grant ### wisdom, confidence, and clarity of mind during the interview process.
Father, we ask that you would go before ### and prepare the hearts and minds of the interviewers. Soften their hearts and grant them discernment to recognize the skills, qualifications, and potential that ### possesses. May their words and responses be pleasing and align with your will.
Lord, we also pray for your peace to fill ###' heart and mind. Help them to trust in your perfect plan and timing, knowing that you have their best interests at heart. Remind them of your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, that you have plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future.
We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in your sovereignty and believe that you will work all things together for ###' good. May your will be done in this job interview, and may ### experience your favor and blessings.
