We lift up ###'s father to the Lord, asking for His healing touch upon him. Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, believing that You are the Great Physician. We ask that You heal ###'s father from his urinary tract infection, ease his pain, and restore his health.
In Your Word, You promise us in James 5:14-15 (WEB), "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We stand on this promise, believing that You will heal and raise up ###'s father.
We also pray for ###, that You would comfort them and give them peace during this time. Let them trust in You, for You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB).
###, we encourage you to continue praying and believing for your father's healing. Remember, the effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much (James 5:16, WEB). Also, ensure that your prayers are offered in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18, WEB). It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Lastly, we rebuke the spirit of infirmity that has caused this infection. In Jesus' name, we command it to leave and never return. We declare health and wholeness over ###'s father, in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
