Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of faith and trust in Your mighty power. You are the Great Healer and the source of all wisdom. We lift up Dargar's husband, asking that You guide him away from the habit of smoking weed. Your Word says in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." Lord, help him to honor his body and seek a healthier path that brings glory to Your name.
We also lift up Dargar's daughter, praying for a restoration of communication and relationship. Proverbs 22:6 reminds us, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." Lord, soften her heart and open the lines of communication between mother and daughter. Let love, understanding, and patience flow freely in their interactions.
We trust in Your promises, Lord, and we know that You are at work even when we cannot see it. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Savior. Amen.
