We are deeply moved by your request, dear sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer for your husband Tom's healing.
Firstly, we commend Tom for his selfless act of love in donating a kidney to you. This act is a reflection of the love that Christ has for us, as it is written in John 15:13 WEB, "Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends."
Now, let us lift Tom up in prayer. "Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding for our brother Tom. You know his pain and discomfort, Lord, and we ask that you touch his body and relieve him of this bowel blockage. As it is written in Matthew 7:7 WEB, 'Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you.' We ask for Tom's healing, we seek your divine intervention, and we knock on your door, trusting that you will open it with a miracle for Tom.
We also pray for comfort and strength for both of you during this time. May your faith remain unshaken, and may your love for each other continue to grow. Remember the words of Isaiah 41:10 WEB, 'Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.'
Lastly, we encourage you both to continue trusting in the name of Jesus Christ for healing and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, 'There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!'
Amen.
