Let's urgently lift up Genesis against conspiracies. "The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear?" (Ps 27:1). Trust God's protection. "He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge" (Ps 91:4). Keep praying!
We understand your desire for peace and ease in acquiring this property, Ruemisar. However, we must first remember the words of the apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We must also consider Jesus' words in Matthew 5:44 (WEB), "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, laying down our anxieties and concerns. We ask for Your will to be done in Ruemisar and her husband's pursuit of this property. We do not pray for battle but for peace, understanding, and mutual agreement between all parties involved. We ask for Your favor, Lord, not to gain an advantage, but to bring about a resolution that honors You. Help them to love and bless those who may oppose them, and to find peace in this situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
Remember, Ruemisar, our true peace comes from trusting in Jesus, not in acquiring properties. Seek His will above all, and He will grant you a peace that surpasses all understanding. If you haven't already, ensure that you and your husband are united in prayer and in your relationship with Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to God (John 14:6).
