We understand your concern for your friend ###, and we join you in prayer for this matter. Let us bring this before the Lord together.
Firstly, it's wonderful that you've prayed in the name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Now, let us pray for ###'s situation. We pray that if it is God's will, ###'s house in ### will be sold in a timely manner and for the price he is asking. We ask this in the name of Jesus, believing that God knows the desires of ###'s heart and will provide according to His good and perfect will.
However, we must also remember the wisdom of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Let us encourage ### to trust in the Lord's timing and plans, even if they differ from his own.
