Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ### and their family. We lift up their desire to be adopted by an older couple in a new country. Lord, we ask that you guide their steps and open the right doors for this opportunity to come to fruition before the end of this year.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 68:6 that you are a Father to the fatherless and a defender of widows. We pray that you would orchestrate the perfect match, bringing together this older couple in need of the company of a younger family and ###'s family seeking a new home. May your divine hand be upon this process, aligning all the necessary details and circumstances.
Lord, we trust in your perfect timing and your plans for our lives. We pray for patience and faith as ### and their family wait for this adoption to take place. Strengthen their hearts and grant them peace during this season of anticipation.
We also pray for the older couple who will potentially adopt ###'s family. May you prepare their hearts and minds to welcome and embrace this new family into their lives. Grant them wisdom, love, and understanding as they navigate this journey together.
