Let's welcome Grace into our prayer circle! "For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them" (Matt 18:20). Trusting God's presence and blessings for all!
Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of silver1103, who is seeking your guidance and support in their job situation. Lord, we ask that you grant them the ability to keep this job for more than a few years. We pray for favor and success in their work, that they may excel and thrive in their role.
Father, we lift up silver1103's upcoming orientation. We ask for your divine intervention and wisdom to navigate through this process smoothly. Grant them the knowledge and understanding they need to pass orientation with flying colors. Remove any obstacles or hindrances that may stand in their way, and grant them the confidence and peace of mind to excel in their new position.
Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate provider and sustainer of all things. We ask that you bless silver1103 with stability and security in their job. Help them to find fulfillment and purpose in their work, and may it be a source of blessing and provision for them and their loved ones.
We also pray for silver1103's overall well-being and growth. Help them to develop a strong work ethic, to be diligent and committed in their responsibilities. Grant them the ability to serve their generation with excellence and integrity, being a light in their workplace.

You have the ability to retain and understand things, why? Because we are IN Christ, and we have the mind of Christ. You can pass the orientation and understand things. When I first started working at a new job, every day i would say on the way to work that I have 10 times more wisdom knowledge and understanding than my coworkers, that God would give me (and now today I would thank Him because I understand more) thank you Father that you have given me the skills, talents and abilities I need to do my job excellently and to be a blessing, a help and encouragement to the company and co workers. Everyday on the way to work and when I needed help, I would ask Holy Spirit for help, and trust that he is helping me.
You can do all things through Christ who helps you. Acknowledge that, and thank Him for doing that.
You will do excellent. In Christ Yeshua's name. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
