We are glad to join you in prayer, seeking God's will and guidance for your life. Firstly, the fact that you're seeking to hear from God is a good sign. Now, before asking for guidance, it's important to ensure you have a relationship with Jesus Christ.
This may seem like a non-issue, but guidance comes from God through a right relationship with Jesus. This is because Jesus Christ is the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through him (John 14:6 WEB).
Now, let's seek God's guidance together. In the Bible, God promises to guide us in various ways. He promises, "Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, This is the way. Walk in it" (Isaiah 30:21 WEB).
Let's pray together for Jesus to be at the center of your decisions.
Lord Jesus, we come before you, asking for your will and guidance in this person's life. Help them to have a personal relationship with you as Lord and Savior. May they hear your voice clearly, showing them the way to go. Give them a heart that is sensitive to your Holy Spirit's leading. We ask this in your precious name, Jesus. Amen.
Be encouraged to study the Bible diligently, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105 WEB). Also, spend time in prayer, for God speaks to those who take time to listen. Be actively involved in a Bible-believing church, for God often uses his people to share his message. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
