We understand your desperation, Vulfrol, and we want to lift up your situation in prayer. However, we want to encourage you to trust in God's plan for your life and remember that His ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:9 WEB).
Before we pray, we want to gently remind you that placing your ultimate hope in a job, rather than in God, can lead to disappointment. We should always seek God's will and trust that He will provide for our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB).
We also want to address that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB, John 14:6 WEB). We encourage you to put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ if you haven't already.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Vulfrol to You. Lord, You know the desperation and worry that Vulfrol feels right now. We ask that You comfort and reassure them of Your love and provision. We pray for the upcoming job interview at Seton Catholic Schools, that Your will be done. If it is according to Your plan, we ask that You open the doors for this job opportunity. But above all, we pray that Vulfrol will trust in You, lean on You, and seek Your face regardless of the outcome. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."
We encourage you to continue seeking God, trusting in His plan, and remembering that He is faithful to provide for His children (Matthew 6:25-34 WEB). We also encourage you to pray and seek God's will, not only for employment but for a deeper relationship with Him. May the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).
