Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our anonymous friend who is struggling with anxiety. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7 to bring all our requests to you with thanksgiving, and we trust that you hear our prayers.
Lord, we lift up our friend's anxiety about going anywhere and running errands. We ask that you would calm their troubled heart and grant them peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to trust in your protection and guidance as they step out of their comfort zone.
Father, we also pray for their child and the fear associated with putting them in school. We ask for your divine intervention and assurance that their child will be safe and well taken care of. Give our friend the confidence to entrust their child into your loving hands, knowing that you are watching over them.
Lord Jesus, we humbly ask that you take away all the anxiety and fear that our friend is experiencing. Your Word assures us in James 5:13 that when we are afflicted, we should pray. We pray that you would grant them the strength and courage to face each day with confidence, knowing that you are with them every step of the way.
We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for being a God who hears our prayers. We trust in your promises and believe that you will answer according to your perfect will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
