Firstly, let's remember what the Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." It's important to approach God with a thankful heart, even in our needs.
However, we must also remember the principles of God's kingdom. In Hebrews 13:5, we're reminded to "be content with what you have, for he has said, 'I will never leave you, nor forsake you.'" Our ultimate trust should be in God, not in financial settlements.

"Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Anonymous. Lord, You know the circumstances surrounding this settlement funding. We ask that Your will be done in this situation. If it is Your will, grant approval for the funding. But above all, help Anonymous to trust in You, knowing that You are the provider and sustainer of life. Help them to be content in all circumstances, knowing that You will never leave nor forsake them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
