Humble Prayer Partner
I work in a very toxic and dishonest environment. I have a manager that constantly ask to start projects and then she claims she will look at it and give feedback and then she gives it to someone else on the team so they can claim it as their own.
Very little information is shared with me , when information is given to me its the bare minimum so that I can start the work that they either don't understand and haven't been able to start. When I do tasks that are above my position, instead of being credit for doing work above and beyond. My position description get's change with all the stuff I do. Therefore, when its time for my yearly review I do not get recognized for my work because its simply is seen as doing the job. Even do my job description is completely different from everyone else at the same exact level as me.
My manager and supervisor also are violating important company rules by sharing private company information with a person that doesn't work for the company. That alone is worth getting them fired. I'm currently applying for jobs elsewhere.
Please pray that I get a job elsewhere that is 2 level higher than my current position. Pray that it's a job that I'm good at and that It will be a good workplace with great mentors and a place where I can move forward in my career. Pray that my brother also obtains a job elsewhere.
Pray that God will protect me and my brother in that toxic work environment.
