Firstly, we want to gently remind you that our help comes from the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth (Psalm 124:8, WEB). It's crucial to seek God's face and call upon the name of Jesus in times of trouble. If you haven't, please consider committing your ways to Him, trusting that He will act (Psalm 37:5, WEB).
In dealing with friendships, we should follow the principles of love, forgiveness, and truth. It's essential to guard our hearts (Proverbs 4:23, WEB) and not let bitterness or obsession take root. As it is written, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32, WEB).
Let's pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend who is going through a tough time. Lord, we ask that You comfort their heart and help them to release this burden. Give them the strength to forgive, to let go of any obsession, and to move forward. Surround them with godly friends who will support and encourage them in their journey. Help them to fix their eyes on You, trusting that You have a plan and a purpose for their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
