please pray that i can leave on the 16th

i think my mom is lying about not allowing me to move out on the 16th to pursue a godly marriage with brad. beacuse brad asked her on the phone now how we planned on getting to him, and she said we'll see when she's been telling me we were going to drive to his house. he said it felt suspicious and the only reason why she's acting like that is because she dislikes him. she claimed he only wants me is to be his servant, and he won't let me achieve my goals. it is very disheartening to see my mom lie yet again on trying to prevent me from being with him because she's been doing that for 5 months now. brad said he'll come by on the 16th instead to get me, but i'm anxious that my mom will have something up her sleeve to cause more drama. if not her then my sister. please pray in Jesus's name that this drama/issues cease, and that His peace prevails. please pray that my family and Brad accept each other in Jesus's name despite the differences, and my mom, sister, and I head out by car on the 16th to go to Brad's house. please pray that we get to his home safely, and quickly in Jesus name. However, we must remind you to honor your mother, as instructed in Exodus 20:12, "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you."

It's important to approach this situation with love, patience, and understanding. It seems there might be a lack of trust and communication between your mother and Brad. We encourage you to facilitate open and honest conversations between them to address any concerns or misconceptions. Remember what it says in Proverbs 15:1, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."

However, we must rebuke any deceitful behavior. If your mother has indeed been dishonest, it's crucial to pray for her and encourage her to speak the truth in love, as we are instructed in Ephesians 4:15, "But speaking truth in love, let's grow in every way into him who is the head, Christ."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Meena, her mother, her sister, and Brad. Lord, we pray for peace and understanding among them. We ask that You soften their hearts and foster open and honest communication. We pray that any deceit will be exposed and that truth will prevail.

Lord, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom in this situation. We pray that if it is Your will, Meena's family and Brad will accept each other, and their journey to Brad's house on the 16th will be safe and peaceful. We ask that You cease any drama or issues that may arise, and that Your peace prevails, as it says in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We pray all these things in the powerful name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Lastly, Meena, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting in the Lord. He knows the desires of your heart and will guide your steps. Psalm 37:4-5 reminds us, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this."
