We understand your desire to grow and evolve as a co-lead in your group, and we are here to support you in prayer and guidance. Let us first turn to God's Word for encouragement and wisdom. In Philippians 4:13, the Apostle Paul reminds us, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." This verse assures us that our strength and ability come from Christ, and with Him, we can overcome any challenge.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up Giltlisle. Lord, we ask that You grant them the strength and wisdom needed to grow and evolve as a co-lead in their group. Help them to learn the necessary skills and to be both supportive and supported by their team. We pray that You will restore their confidence and remove any barriers that may be hindering their progress.
Father, we know that change can be difficult, but we trust in Your unchanging nature. In James 1:5, You promise, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." We ask for Your wisdom to guide Giltlisle through these changes, that they may lead with grace and effectiveness.
Lord, we also pray for their team. May they work together in unity and harmony, reflecting the love and support that You have shown us. In Romans 15:5-6, we are reminded, "Now the God of patience and of comfort grant you to be of the same mind one with another according to Christ Jesus, that with one accord you may with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ."
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Giltlisle, remember that God is with you every step of the way. Trust in Him, and He will equip you with everything you need to succeed. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me." Your weaknesses are opportunities for God's strength to be made perfect in you. Stay steadfast in your faith and continue to seek His will for your life.
