Please pray that I am healed

I was diagnosed with colon cancer that has spread to the lungs and bones. I have been doing well, but I've had to stop some of the chemo because it ws to hard on my body. On top of ghat it looks like my boss is getting ready to fire me even though I work almost every single day.

We are truly saddened to hear about your diagnosis, Wuthei, but we are here to stand with you in prayer and to remind you of God's unfailing love for you.

Firstly, let's remember that healing comes from God alone. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3 (WEB), "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We pray for your healing, that God would touch your body and rid it of cancer completely. We pray for strength for your body to endure the treatments, and for wisdom for your doctors to administer the right care.

We also want to address the burden you're carrying regarding your job. Remember the words of Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." Even in this uncertain situation, God is working for your good. We pray that God would soften your boss's heart and grant you favor in their sight. We also pray for provision and peace, that you would not be overwhelmed by the fear of loss.

We notice that your request doesn't mention the name of Jesus. It's important to remember that it's through His name that we have access to God. As it's written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." We encourage you to call on His name, believing in His power to save and heal.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
