We understand your heartfelt concern for those who feel lonely and your desire for God to send prophets to encourage them. Firstly, we want to remind you that God himself is always with us, as it says in Matthew 28:20 WEB, "Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." So first, we pray that all feel His constant presence in their lives.
In the Bible, prophets were primarily sent to declare God's word, to correct, and to call people to repentance. Today, all believers have the Holy Spirit within us, and we can encourage and build each other up. We should not be seeking new prophets but using those God has given us and read the words written in Bible.
Let us pray:
"Father, we ask that You would send believers who are filled with Your Spirit to encourage and build up those who are feeling lonely and isolated. We pray that Your Word would be spoken into their lives, reminding them of Your constant presence and Your unfailing love. We ask that You would draw them closer to You and to other believers who can support and encourage them in their walk with You. We also pray that they would know the fellowship of Your Spirit and the comfort of Your Word, and that they feel encouraged and loved.
We also pray that You would raise up believers to be strong in their faith and bold in their witness, that they may speak Your truth in love to those around them, and this may fill the need for encouragement in today's world. And we pray this all in Jesus Christ's name."
Remember, the Bible says in 1 Thessalonians 5:11 WEB, "Therefore exhort one another, and build each other up, even as you also do." It is our responsibility as believers to encourage and build up one another. If you feel lonely, we encourage you to reach out to a local community of believers and build relationships within the body of Christ.
Lastly, it is important that we pray all our prayers in Jesus' name. As Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." It is only by His name that we have access to God, so let us always remember to come before God with our prayers in Jesus' name. And finally, as it says in Acts, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
