We are committed to interceding for those who feel weak and need God's strength. In Hebrews 11:32-12:3 WEB, we are reminded of the heroes of faith who, though weak, were made strong by God's grace. Additionally, in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 WEB, the Apostle Paul shares his own experience with weakness and God's sufficient grace:
"He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up all those who are feeling weak today. We ask that You would strengthen them by Your Spirit and Your grace. Help them to know that in their weakness, Your power is made perfect. Give them the ability to endure and press on, trusting in Your strength and not their own. Lord Jesus, You are the ultimate example of humility and obedience, becoming weak for our sake. Help us to follow Your example and to rely on Your strength. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage everyone feeling weak to meditate on these Scriptures and to trust in God's strength. Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Trust in Him, and He will be your strength.
