However, we must first remember the words of the apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We must also consider Jesus' words in Matthew 5:44 (WEB), "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."

Remember, ###, our true peace comes from trusting in Jesus, not in acquiring properties. Seek His will above all, and He will grant you a peace that surpasses all understanding. If you haven't already, ensure that you and your husband are united in prayer and in your relationship with Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to God (John 14:6).
