Heavenly Father, we come to You in the Name of Jesus and ask for Your help in this situation. Lord, we ask for Your guidance and strength to help MVF lose weight. Help them to make healthier choices and to stay focused on their goals. We pray that You would give them the wisdom to know what to do and the courage to do it. We ask that You would protect them from any distractions that could keep them from achieving their goals. Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayer. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
