Please pray should i legaly settle noise in my neighbourhood?

My neighbours are careless and they make noise for years so that i cannot sleep properly, since 2005. I am basicaly against legaly persecution but i dont know how to settle this any more.
God show me if i should hire a lawyer and how should i handle the case. Every step. My mother sais she Will settle this but she Said that couple of time but she didnt do it. And she is basicaly controlling me to do this or that. She has good rude/manipulative way to handle bad situations in her building but this is out of her control. If You want me to hire the laywer or something Like that, God remove all obstacles. And give me peace. Remove any fear and anxiety concerning this problem. Thank you Jesus.
