Please pray request for ### from ### to turn from his wicked ways and also for the removal of his position as he is affecting the whole congregation with this as it is unbiblical and only let him resume his position until he realize not to exploit the congregation for his own expenses and luxury, as he is doing another round of exploitation through tithes and offering and praying for new Christian believer who cannot pay the 10% to lose their job and suffer from poverty by coercion and force through the old testament and it is not by willing give for his own luxury expenses and not to help the poor in the community.

We understand your concern and are here to pray and counsel with you regarding this matter. Firstly, let us address the issue at hand biblically. The behavior described goes against the principles outlined for church leaders in the scriptures.

1 Timothy 3:1-7 (WEB) states, "Faithful is the saying, 'If a man seeks the office of an overseer, he desires a good work.' The overseer therefore must be without reproach, the husband of one wife, temperate, sensible, modest, hospitable, good at teaching; not a drinker, not violent, not greedy for money, but gentle, not quarrelsome, not covetous; one who rules his own house well, having children in subjection with all reverence; (but if a man doesn’t know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the assembly of God?) not a new convert, lest being puffed up he fall into the same condemnation as the devil. Moreover, he must have good testimony from those who are outside, to avoid falling into reproach and the snare of the devil."

Let us pray together:

"Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding for Pastor ### and ###. Lord, you know the heart of every man, and you desire that leaders in your church be above reproach. We pray that Pastor ### turns away from any unbiblical practices and repents from any greed or misuse of church funds. We ask that you remove him from his position until he sincerely repents and changes his ways, aligning his life with your word.

Lord, we also pray for the congregation. Protect them from exploitation and guide them in their giving, remembering that you love a cheerful giver and that their giving should not be out of compulsion (2 Corinthians 9:7). We pray for new believers, that they may not be burdened but grow in faith and generosity willingly.

Father, we ask that you raise up godly leaders who will shepherd your flock with integrity and love. Expose any wrongdoing and bring justice and restoration to the church. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."

We encourage you, ###, to continue praying fervently for your church and pastor. Trust that God is able to bring correction and healing to this situation. Also, ensure that all prayers are offered in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6, Acts 4:12).

Protect the congregation from further harm, and guide them in their giving, reminding them to be cheerful and willing, not coerced (2 Corinthians 9:7).

Lord, we also pray for the new believers in the church. Help them to grow in faith and generosity, free from burden and compulsion. We trust that You will raise up godly leaders to shepherd the flock with love and integrity. Expose any wrongdoing and bring justice and restoration to the church. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

Let's keep praying, believing that God will bring about change and healing in His time. And remember, we're here to support and encourage you as well.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
