Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s prayer request regarding ###. We ask for your divine intervention and guidance in this situation. Lord, you know the hearts and minds of all your children, and you understand the best course of action for each individual.

We pray, Lord, that you would touch ###'s heart and help him realize if it is in his best interest to step down from his ministry role. We ask for clarity and wisdom to be bestowed upon him, that he may discern your will and make the right decision. May he be open to your leading and surrender any personal desires or ambitions that may hinder the work of your kingdom.

In your Word, you remind us in 1 Timothy 4:16 to take heed to ourselves and to the doctrine. We pray that ### would heed this instruction and prioritize his spiritual well-being and the well-being of those he ministers to. Help him to understand the weight of responsibility that comes with serving in ministry and the impact it has on the lives of others.

Lord, we also lift up the ministry itself. May it continue to be a place where your truth is proclaimed, lives are transformed, and your name is glorified. Surround the ministry team with your wisdom, discernment, and unity as they navigate this situation.

We trust in your sovereignty, Lord, and we believe that you work all things together for the good of those who love you. We pray for your perfect will to be done in ###'s life and in the ministry. May your peace and guidance prevail.
