Please Pray: Prayer to bring peace and happiness to the workplace and heal the anxiety

`Please pray with me as I continue to struggle with my anxiety, certain events at work have made things difficult and though I have prayed that every action word and deed that I and colleagues do reflect the will of the Lord, there are some very negative people who seem to not look at things to help but complain to our superiors about what we say even if what we say is a vent that is done laughingly due to absurdity of what we are dealing with. I was given a death glare by one such person who I have witnessed talking behind my back with others complaining about me to colleagues. Please help me by praying on my behalf to the Lord as these people have increased my anxiety tenfold. Please pray that my bosses see no negativity with me but give an understanding shoulder to mitigate the stress and return to the lighthearted happy environment we had before being more helpful and willing to assist and guide and not say anything that is seen in a negative way.

I pray this below, to get me past my anxiety, and guide the negative people back to the light:

Almighty Lord, Heavenly Father, holy creator and savior, I pray to thee in thanks for all the good and positives that have been in our world, I pray the positive continues and that I and those around me are guided by it. I pray that those that are negative towards those of us with anxiety and stress have no effect or influence on us as well as those above and around us. Restore Harmony in the workplace and all around, grant those that were negative to see the positive and allow it to influence them to interact in ways that help instead of hinder, allow only good to prevail that will allow all of us to heal, come together and work together so that we fulfill your will in our interactions and lives. Please prevent negative words from being spoken against any of us by reminding those around us, that we are all under stress and we need to work together in a positive guiding light to get past it as you will it to be done. I pray this is your holy name, AMEN.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is struggling with anxiety due to challenging events at work. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention and peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus .

Father, we pray that You would shield them from the negativity and complaints of others. Just as Moses sought Your presence to go with him, we ask that Your presence be with our friend, guiding and comforting them in every situation . May their actions, words, and deeds reflect Your will and bring glory to Your name.

Lord, we ask that You soften the hearts of those who are negative and critical. Turn their hearts towards understanding and compassion. Help them to see the positive and to interact in ways that build up rather than tear down. We pray that You would restore harmony in the workplace and create an environment of support and encouragement.

We also pray for their superiors, that they may see the truth and extend a shoulder of understanding and support. May they recognize the stress and anxiety that our friend is under and respond with kindness and wisdom.

Father, we ask that You protect our friend from any negative words or actions. Remind everyone involved that we are all under stress and need to work together in a spirit of unity and love. Let Your light shine through us, guiding us to fulfill Your will in our interactions and lives.

We pray all of this in the holy and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always respect, obey and honor You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
