Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s prayer request regarding ###'s decision. Lord, we ask for your guidance and wisdom as ### navigates this situation. We pray that you would grant her clarity and discernment as she considers the words and advice of ###. May she seek your will above all else and be led by your Spirit in making her decision.

Father, we also ask that you would prepare ###'s heart and mind before she speaks to ###. Give her the right words to say and help her to communicate with love, grace, and understanding. May your peace be upon her as she engages in this conversation, knowing that you are with her every step of the way.

Lord, we trust in your sovereignty and believe that you have a higher purpose in mind for ###'s life. If it is your will, we pray that you would align her decision with your perfect plan. Help her to surrender her own desires and ambitions, and instead, submit to your will, just as Jesus did when he prayed, "Nevertheless, not what I will, but Thy will be done."

We also lift up ### and ### in prayer. May you work in their hearts and minds, guiding them to support and understand ###'s decision. Lord, bring unity and peace among them, and may your love be evident in their interactions.

Thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in your faithfulness and know that you are working all things together for the good of those who love you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
