Dear Lord, we come before You today to lift up Tom and his brother Steve, asking for Your divine intervention in their lives. We pray specifically for Tom's medication, that it would be effective and cause no side effects. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless the Lord, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."
Father, we also ask for Your healing touch upon Tom. We believe in Your power to heal, and we trust that You will restore his health according to Your will. We pray for a hedge of protection around both Tom and Steve, shielding them from all evil and harm. In Psalm 91:11, You promise, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways."
Lord, we also ask for peaceful sleep for Tom. We know that rest is essential for his healing and well-being. In Psalm 4:8, it is written, "I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety."
Finally, we pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to Your throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Tom, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and cares for you deeply. Remember the words of Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We also want to remind you, Tom, that the power of prayer is in the name of Jesus Christ. If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Him, believing that He is the Son of God who died for your sins and rose again. It is only through His name that we can be saved and have access to the Father.
May the Lord bless you and keep you, Tom and Steve. May His face shine upon you and give you peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
