Please pray our cat Leo is ok and not hurt or bad health

Hello everyone,

Our cat Leo sometimes likes to run off at night and I can't find him when that happens. So I pushed him to the ground to stop him when he did that, and I may not have picked him up in a safe way. I want to ask for prayers that he is not hurt in any way or just ask for healing ang good health and longer life for him. Please pray that I have greater wisdom and help to avoid him being hurt from anything, including myself. Please pray I know how to watch him or anyone else in the family knows and can help with watching him in a safe and not harmful way outside.

"Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name to lift up Leo. We ask that You would protect him, heal any harm that may have been caused, and grant him good health and a long life. We're glad you're seeking God's help, and we encourage you to continue trusting Him with Leo's wellbeing. Remember, God cares for even the smallest creatures, as it says in Matthew 10:29 WEB, "Aren’t two sparrows sold for an assarion coin? Not one of them falls on the ground apart from your Father’s will."

However, we want to gently address the way you handled Leo. Pushing him to the ground may not have been the best approach. We encourage you to treat him with gentleness, as God calls us to do with all creatures. Proverbs 12:10 WEB says, "A righteous man respects the life of his animal, but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel."

Lastly, we noticed that your request didn't mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it's through Jesus that we have access to God. John 14:6 WEB says, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus if you haven't already, and to pray in His name.

We believe that God hears our prayers and is already at work. Let's also remember to be patient and kind with Leo, just as we'd want others to be with us. Maybe we could try using a harness and leash for him when he's outside, so we can keep a closer eye on him without causing him harm.
