Let us come together, We are excited to hear your desire for your younger brother to attend church every Sunday. It is truly a wonderful thing to seek the presence of God and fellowship with believers. We are reminded in Hebrews 10:25, Not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
As we have not noted the name of Jesus mentioned in the prayer request, we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. We encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ if you have not already, and to encourage your younger brother to do the same.
Let us pray together for your younger brother. Father God, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, asking that you would stir in his heart a desire to be in your presence and to fellowship with your people. We ask that you would draw him to Jesus Christ in faith, and that he would come to a saving knowledge of him. We ask that you would make him hungry for your word and eager to be in your house every Sunday. We ask this all in Jesus Christ name. Amen.
Be encouraged, as we trust in the promise of 1 John 5:14-15, This is the confidence which we have before him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him.
