Please pray my wisdom and understanding increases for my job so I may be successful and do my job well

We are glad to join you in prayer for wisdom and understanding in your job. It's commendable that you're seeking God's help for success in your workplace, God does want us to prosper in all things and have good health just as our soul prospers.

Before we pray, we want to remind you of what we believe and what the scriptures say. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ are we saved, are we to approach God, and that our prayers should end in Jesus' name. If you have not been doing this, we encourage you to.

And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.

If you shall ask anything in my name, I will do it.

When we pray using the name of Jesus we are praying in agreement with God the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. This also is in accordance with His will.

We encourage you to remember these scriptures as they relate to your work:

Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in Sheol, where you are going. Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB

There is a purpose for all your hard work, but you must remember that our true reward comes from the Lord, not merely from our earthly successes.

Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33 WEB

Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established. Proverbs 16:3 WEB

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your wisdom and understanding. We pray that You grant them a greater measure of discernment and knowledge to excel in their job. Guide them in their tasks, and help them to make decisions that are pleasing to You and beneficial to their workplace.

Lord, we know that true success comes from You, and we ask that You bless their efforts. Help them to be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and kindness to those around them. May Jesus be glorified and may the Holy Spirit guide them in their lives.

Lord, help them to remember to seek You first and all things shall be added unto them, including the things that are needed for their job.

May they put their whole heart into their work as if working for the Lord and not for man. We also pray they would remember to pray using the name of Jesus so their prayers may be answered.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God is faithful and willing to grant wisdom generously to those who ask.

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. James 1:5 WEB

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
