Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s wife in prayer. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention and grace upon her health. Please bring her body into alignment with Your perfect will, and may she experience the regularity of her menstrual cycle. We trust in Your wisdom and timing, knowing that You care deeply for her well-being.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
