Disciple of Prayer
Regrets on helping him. My son is 32 years old and he was in a shelter for 3 months last year. He started working temporary assignment jobs from a temp agency. That was great because he was working. He was even being considered for a permanent position. He was so happy. I was happy. Things were looking up for him. I prayed and prayed and it seemed God was answering his prayers and mine too. The shelter even helped him get an apartment. I couldn't believe it... it was getting better all the time. Then it started changing. My son would get ill and wind up in the hospital. He would be in the hospital anywhere from 2 days up to 5 days at a time. So of course the temp agency let him go while he was in the hospital. They always found a replacement. So when he got out of the hospital he was unemployed. That's when I started helping him with his rent. He has been working on and off. He's been ill also. I feel sorry for my son because he has been through so much. He can barely take care of himself. I have been paying his rent and other bills since last year. There have been a few breaks every so often but not enough because I beginning to feel resentment towards my son. He has been ill and in the hospital and because of that he can't seem to keep a job. Please pray for my son to land the perfect job so he can take care of himself. So he can get health insurance. Please pray my son gets a job he could possibly work out of his home. Please pray for my son because he says he wants to work. Who is going to hire him permanently when he keeps getting sick and winding up in the hospital.
