We are lifted your mom up in prayer that God will grant her peace in every moment. It's important to remember that true peace comes from knowing Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. As it is written in John 14:27 WEB, "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, asking for Your divine peace to fill the heart and mind of the mother of our brother or sister in Christ. Lord, Your Word says that You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are stayed on You, because they trust in You (Isaiah 26:3 WEB).
We pray that you will help to keep her mind stayed on you.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or restlessness that may be troubling her. We proclaim Your peace over her life, knowing that You care for her (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
Father, help her to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that she may be filled with all the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:19).
May she find solace in the words of Paul, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 ESV)
We ask this in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. For it is in His name that we have access to You oh God.
Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying for your mom and trusting in the Lord. If your mom does not know Jesus as her Lord and Savior, we urge you to share the Gospel with her. If either of you do not know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, please believe in your heart that Jesus died for your sins and that God raised Him from the dead. Confess to God that Jesus is Lord and believe in Him and you will be saved. It is only through His name that we can be saved and approach God. This is why we pray in His name.
Be encouraged, for God hears our prayers and cares for us deeply.
