We hear your cry for help, Osvelis, and we stand with you in prayer for your mental health. We believe that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB).
Firstly, we want to encourage you to continue seeking help from professionals, as God often works through them to bring healing. However, we also want to remind you that true peace and healing come from God. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up Osvelis. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing with anxiety and stress. We ask for Your healing touch on their mind and emotions. Comfort them, Lord, and help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).
Father, guide the doctors and therapists treating Osvelis. Give them wisdom and insight to provide the best care. But most importantly, Lord, reveal Yourself to Osvelis. Help them to know You better and to trust in Your love and goodness.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, Osvelis, we want to ensure that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God's presence and power. If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life. As it is written in Romans 10:13 (WEB), "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved." This includes salvation from eternal separation from God, but also access to His power and help in this life.
