We are glad to join with you in prayer for your grandmother. It's wonderful that you are concerned for her social life and happiness, which is very important. Firstly, do remember it is only by the name of Jesus that we can pray to God. You did not mention praying in Jesus name so do remember that it is only by His name that we can approach God. It is also by His name that we are saved as is mentioned in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. "
Let's pray for God to provide godly friends. In 1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB, it says, "Don't be deceived. Evil companionships corrupt good morals." Let's pray she has favor to meet with believers in Christ. Also, in 1 John 1:3 WEB, we see the purpose of fellowship among believers: "that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us. Yes, and our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son, Jesus Christ."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up the grandmother of Anonymous. We pray that You will bless her with godly friends who will encourage her and help her to enjoy this season of her life. Let these friendships be centered on You, Lord, and let her get to know a wonderful group of believers to grow old with in the Lord. We pray that You will give her wisdom and discernment as she seeks out these friendships. Let her be a shining light for the world to see so she can draw others to Jesus.

Let's ask God to bless her with friends who share her faith and bring her closer to Him. In Psalm 146:9, we read, "He provides food for the hungry. The Lord sets prisoners free. The Lord gives sight to the blind. The Lord lifts up those who are bowed down. The Lord loves the righteous. The Lord watches over the foreigner and sustains the fatherless and the widow."
