Thank you for bringing this request to our attention. We will join you in praying for your brother's employment.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God is our provider and that He cares for our needs. As it says in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB:
"Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our ###'s need for a part-time job. You know his skills, his needs, and the plans You have for him. We ask that You would open the right doors and provide a suitable part-time job where he can use his gifts and talents to glorify Your name.
Help him to trust in You and Your timing. Give him the strength and patience to wait on Your will. We know that You are a good Father who loves to give good gifts to Your children. We claim Your promise in Matthew 7:11, 'If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!'
We also pray that this job will be a blessing to our ### and that it will bring him closer to You. Help him to be a light in the workplace, reflecting Your love and goodness to those around him. Above all, we pray that he will seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that You will add all these things to him.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen."
Remember, it is important to pray in Jesus' name because, as it says in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is only through faith in Jesus that we are saved. If your ### has not already done so, encourage him to put his faith in Jesus, to confess his sins, and to commit his life to Him.
